After I've encountered to this article several questions strikes in my mind:
- Is Hassanal Abdullah a really notable poet acc. to WP:BIO ?
- It is a BLP. Do it meet WP:BLP ?
- Are the sources cited are reliable and evident enough for this article to be kept?
Answer of none are positive to me. Thus, I have to ask, why this page shall not be deleted?
Some notes
- The only additive editor on this article is Aqute31
- Only contributions of Aqute31 in Wikipedia is on this article or about Hassanal Abdullah.
- Aqute31 offended almost all other editors' efforts and ironically defined some constructive efforts as vandalism
- Newly involved editor on the same matter is Auronee. His/her POV strangely co-insides with Aqute31's
- Whenever maintenance tags are placed on the article, they are removed.
- This article has not been brought into attention of WP:BENGAL » nafSadh did say 18:50, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Ask yourself whether you are motivated to propose this deletion by your own understanding or just trying to help your friend ragib, who previously managed to delete an article on the subject.
- Some of the questions you asked do not even make sense. There are more than 30 references here and I am sure you can find thousand references about the poet elsewhere. So, there is no question of nobility or reference or even "vandalism". You might be able to delete things, but it is hard to create one.--Shabda2009 (talk) 20:57, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete - I looked through the huge list of references and they are mostly useless for establishing notability. The only item that contributes towards establishing notability is the VOA item. -- Whpq (talk) 14:28, 26 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
